It is with great pleasure that we invite you to our annual general meeting, a special opportunity for us to come together, share ideas, and celebrate all that we have accomplished together over the past year.

For 88 years, our organization has fostered and promoted volunteer engagement by facilitating connections between volunteers and organizations in our community. The AGM is an opportunity to celebrate the wonderful solidarity that unites us, to reflect on our achievements, and to look toward the future together so that we can continue to grow the culture of volunteering in Montreal.

NOTICE OF MEETING – AGM ON JUNE 17, 2026

Date: Wednesday, June 17, 2026
Time: 3:30 PM until approx. 5 PM, followed with a 
networking reception
Location: Hybrid format, meaning:

  • In person: 2330 Notre-Dame Street West, 4th floor, Montreal, QC H3J 1N4
  • or online: Zoom link sent to registered members 48 hours before the event

  12. Appointment of the independent auditing firm for 2026–2027 by the Treasurer 

  13. Appointment of an Election Chair 

  14. Election of members to the Board of Directors 

  15. Question period and other business 

  16. Adjournment
